Receive Authorization
Once our support team reviews your request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the electronic equipment in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, then attach the provided shipping label or address.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
